"When you're truly suffering, it's the cliches that heal you" For me, poorly written fairy tales with happy endings are the only thing that have accompanied me during depressing years. If I get bored, I can read a new one. If I forget, I don't feel guilty about continuing it anyway. It doesn't disappoint you, it doesn't even satiate you. You don't miss it, but you know that when it's there, it's good for your inner child and that maybe it's not all wasted time after all.
