Cat's World

Summary

All the inhabitants of Kekco have been turned into cats due to a mysterious gas used by the terrorist group Echboza. Only one little girl, Kaka, was saved, thanks to the gas mask that someone made her wear. Ten years later, Kaka is part of the Green, a government unit whose mission is to protect the cats.
