Summary

When she was a child, Heo Yeong-ri accidentally broke the seal on Mujin, the king of demons. As payment, Mujin protects her entire family while searching for a way to return to the yokai world, but Yeong-ri dreams of someday being with him. One day, she learns she is half‑yokai and possesses the power to bring her drawings to life. To protect Yeong-ri from the world, Mujin tries to seal away her yokai energy, but having been away from the yokai realm for so long, his power is no longer enough. At that moment, a man named Baek-un steps forward. Yeong-ri’s journey begins as she finds herself caught between Mujin, whom she has always adored, and the newly appeared Baek-un.
