Summary

Ha‑jun loses his parents and grows up living only with his grandmother. After learning the truth about their deaths, he becomes a police officer—but the reality of working as a beat cop in a small local station is nothing like the “detective life” he dreamed of, only exhausting and frustrating. Longing for help, he finds himself wishing that some legendary detectives would appear and drop him a clue about his cases. One day, weighed down by frustration, he visits the old vinyl‑greenhouse home where he once lived with his parents. There, he discovers one of his father’s books.
